the combined example project feature file is missing residential feature ID 17, which demonstrates the detailed HPXML workflow.

Find this feature in v0.8.0
update combine example project json file to include this feature
update urbanopt-example-project repo as well since that is where we pull changes from before releasing (to prevent this from happening in the future)
