  1. Added Report Card & API methods to push & get image url & filename (grasp_report_images db)
  2. Fixed the get all reports api method to return all available data

Pending:

  1. Add db tests for new db methods
  2. Add tests for API layer
  3. Call the get confirmed methods API in the map and remove test json usage
