adding realtime rainfall graph

Hi @talltom , after our discussion with BMKG (Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysical Agency), they are agree to feed our map with the realtime rainfall data in mm/h. Can we show it on the map like the waterlevel or sensor data in a realtime graph per hour?

I have made the wiki page and added this on our list. Please check on this link .

BMKG also will provides us the location data of the rainfall station for Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya. Can we integrate their .csv/.kml data (with a column for coordinates)?

Hi @fadmastuti - yes I think we could add that information, are the rainfall data at specific point locations?

Regarding the wiki page that you linked (https://github.com/urbanriskmap/cognicity-grasp/wiki/Map-Feeds-for-PetaBencana),

please can you: (a) Move it to the urbanriskmap-meta wiki? Not the grasp wiki, as this information isn't related to grasp (b) Add a column that says "available for 2016" i.e. for each data confirm we have the API and everything is ready.

@talltom - I moved it to the meta wiki page and added the year availability. However, we are still waiting for the API from the sources (i.e BMKG).

Correct. The rainfall data are collected at specific point locations. We are trying to get the shapefile data for the locations from BMKG first while they are building the API for realtime rainfall updates. By the way, do we prefer in shapefile, kml, or csv format? BMKG said that it is much easier to export it to kml or csv using their system. The kml or csv also has the detail of coordinate as well.

If it is easier we can use a CSV file and push this data into PostGIS with the coordinates.
