node_modules and dist folder should be in .gitignore #2

Build artifacts such as node_modules and dist should not be checked in on github- it makes it hard to do diffs and increases the size of the project. They should be included in the .gitignore file.

Please also remove them from the git cache as per: https://help.github.com/articles/removing-files-from-a-repository-s-history/
