Remove config? #23

Requesting that the config.json be removed from the mod download. You can have SMAPI create a config.json with default values given if one doesn't already exist, but including one in the mod download means that whenever a user updates the mod, their config is overwritten. It seems to be standard practice not to include one for this reason.

Oh, that totally makes sense-- thanks for the link. I'll remove it in the next version.
