Can you please release the latest version of nodejs in your assets? #34

Can you please add support to the latest LTS would be tons appreciated 18.13.0, see https://nodejs.org/en/

I honestly do not have macOS, so that puts me behind,

Hey @SDAdham, thanks for taking the time to open this issue! I plan to add 18.14.0 in the next couple days. I'll post a follow up message here when I do 😄

Hey @SDAdham, happy to report that Node.js 18.14.0 build was completed and published a few minutes ago! It's on release 0.3.0 so if you want to update your Nexe remote URL to https://github.com/urbdyn/nexe_builds/releases/download/0.3.0/, try it out, and comment back if it works or not 😄
