Add license, npm version badge. #18

What prompted this?

I happened upon the repo and saw the README had no badges, and.. I just like having a few badges around.

In particular the trio of build status, package version, license. They are aesthetically pleasing, but also informative, in that they answer three common/useful questions with just a glance.

(CI is still off on this repo due to those annoying NFTokenMock test problems, so I didn't add a build badge.)
