Using metamask, browser: chrome, have a lot of crap open.

Get this issue when accepting transfers - push the back button after the transfer confirms (in app, not browser back) and get the titular error.

I get this error trying to sign in with MM. after I had just finished successfully signing the bridge authentication token with MM + ledger
