Connectivity issues on Urbit #1102

Hi, I just recently started to dust an Urbit ship/planet that I currently own but it seems that I haven't used it for a while. Now it cannot download apps nor connect with chat groups.

I asked around and was suggested to perform a factory reset but I am not certain if this will work.

I am currently using a program called Port (formally called Taisho) to connect and boot up my ship. I decided to try and use Bridge and check and see what I need to do, and according to all the sources I could find: I have to breach my ship or go through a Factory Reset.

Now I just want to ask to make sure I know what I am doing, and I need confirmation. Should I reset my ship to factory? I am going to post images of the issues I am having and what I am trying to troubleshoot.

Apps take forever to download image

Joining channels takes too long image

Cannot join channels from already connected groups image

So what is the verdict? Do I give my ship a factory reset (and how?) or is there an alternative?

@Ayel91 Thanks for submitting this issue. This git repo is focused on issues with Brdige, the PKI management app for Urbit. If you haven't already gotten things working, I suggest you claim a free planet invite on Tlon's site (https://tlon.io/) and join the Urbit Community > Help chat, or Tlon Local > Support. Some helpful folks in there should be able to assist in resolving.
