Dropdown nav interface needs some visual clarification/demarcation of sections #757

Currently, the dropdown interface for Urbit ID selection is a little more opaque/unexplained than it should be. It's able to be interpreted, but even for someone (me) who knows how this system functions/works/relates to itself, it takes longer to understand than it should.

I recommend we add headings/labels to each of the noted sections, in diminutive text (here, terribly sketched in red) — enough to set the context of what each list is:

The complicating factor here relates to the last section, which seems to mix per-ID functions and wallet-wide functions. I assume that Migrate: L1 -> L2 and Bitcoin are per-ID functions, while Logout relates to the whole interface, thus the wallet. These could stand to be teased apart a little bit more — per-ID functions could be listed in the main app column to reinforce that they are "of" the ID, rather than "of" the wallet.

Adding an additional functional note that the currently selected Urbit ID should be highlighted in the list, for further clarity on what's being interacted with:
