Describe the bug: Missing OS view in a star with spawn proxy on L2

To reproduce:

  1. Go to bridge-dev.urbit.org
  2. Login as ~del
  3. Switch to ~navdel
  4. OS view missing

Ethereum network: Ropsten

Desktop (please complete the following information): Brave Mac OS

Login method (please complete the following information): How you were logged into Bridge when the error occured (e.g. Metamask, Mnemonic, Master Ticket etc.)? What Ethereum address were you logged in with?

Closing: this is logged in with the spawn-proxy address, so the behavior here is correct
