L2 planet claiming: sometimes missing keyfile from .zip #980

  1. During our L2 planet invitation giveaway promotion, several users reported not receiving a .key file in the .zip they were prompted to download. Note that this was at the height of Bridge / the roller being DDoS'd.
  2. Thereafter, several attempted to log in to Bridge to download their new .key file with both their new and old Master Tickets, neither of which worked. Waiting until the roller ran did not alleviate this issue.
