create-landscape-app was based on the clock tile and the chat app, independently (and the "full" and "tile" boilerplates are essentially separate boilerplates altogether). It was my first project. A lot of the dependencies those applications were based on remained in the boilerplate, accordingly.
This PR strips those dependencies, making the boilerplate simpler. This is also now necessary to implement because Hall is in the process of being stripped from Urbit and boilerplates will just stop working if it isn't.
