Change %launch wire to unique name

I believe the wire we send to %launch should be unique, since it is local to launch, not our app. @liam-fitzgerald @loganallenc confirm?

I forget, is this in the other smol.hoon inside the full/urbit/app folder? If so, might want to patch that too.

it looks like the other is OK, as it uses %APPNAME%.
