Drop Packets or Don't Render Messages from Comets with Links/Images #1350

Problem Landscape auto-renders links/links to images. Comets can abuse this for spam/troll purposes.

Proposed Solution Disable auto-rendering of links/images in Landscape if the sender is a comet, either as a rule or as an option.

Possible Alternatives Drop messages containing links/images sent by comets.

Additional context Another potential solution to The Comet Problem: comets are good for the ecosystem as anonymous IDs and a free trial of Urbit, but they currently have a high risk of spam/trolling (e.g. the tranny-gore bomb in UC earlier this year). See #1349
