Describe the bug
In general, things seem off with my ship. I first tried asking for help in the Urbit Community group, but my message goes gray indefinitely, and never goes through. Until today my Groups app said "Errored" and was unclickable, but I managed to resolve that by suspending and resuming it. I have several grayed out groups from when I tried to add channels with the Channels app, and now they're stuck and I can't join or remove them. Fortunately, I'm still able to send DMs to individuals at least.
While I've been on urbit for a while, I don't really know enough about its inner workings to know how to even begin to troubleshoot it, or if there's a way to do the equivalent of clear my cache and start fresh or something like that.

Not sure how to reproduce unfortunately - I hadn't used urbit in a while, and then when I tried to, things started acting strange.
Expected behavior
Messages should be able to go to groups, and I should be able to cancel my join to groups that I wasn't able to actually join.
