Restore runes to navbar links

Somehow the actual runes got removed from the tiles of navbar links for the runes section. These are absolutely needed. I'm not looking for the runes that make cores, I'm looking for | runes.

@baudtack @friederjanmoerman can do this, but it would be helpful if you could explain what you mean with an example because he probably doesn't know what runes are yet.
