Undocumented changes to eyre behaviour and /web folder removal #928

/web is no longer included in an Urbit installation; a lot of shell.md, filesystem.md and of course sail-and-udon.md still reference it.

AFAIK Eyre also now operates by poking it with %connect and attaching an endpoint (like ~site) to a file location in a hoon file, most often in /app.

For that, I am still spending some spare time on boilerplate code for just mounting plain old HTML to an endpoint in new eyre, so I don't feel comfortable replacing the page contents just yet (very close! Some syntax error ... somewhere!). I just wanted to mark it here as an issue for posterity.

No longer an issue. The real way to fix issues is to just wait two years.
