Biencoder and polyencoder architecture

It was implemented bi-encoder and poly-encoder architectures. It brings the following new possibilities:

• An unlimited amount of entities can be recognised at a single time;
• Faster inference if entity embeddings are preprocessed;
• Better generalisation to unseen entities;
