Confirm support for accessing GitHub package registry using installation tokens #1

This doesn't appear to work today, limiting the utility of this tool. I'll close this issue once I've been able to confirm that it works!

This credential type is not supported for registry. Please use a Personal Access Token or GitHub Actions token instead.

Well, this may not be viable at the moment.
