Factorio 2.0 Changes

Tracking general "changes" the mod might need after 2.0 and space age in this issue. I'll be "editing" this top level comment for now.

TODO:

• The base-game vs. space-age tech trees (the ones QSD touches) need reviewed.
• I think some tech needs researched (?):
  • Any fancy equipment, it's "tech box" in the tech tree, so players get the "control" buttons in their UI always.
• There should be some README and documentation updates, especially with regards to #5 .

DONE:

• Spidertron remotes, I think they are "free" now.
  • Yup, fixed via #7
• Had to create #5 to handle base-game vs. space-age
• After building up #5 , better understand "mod checking" abilities of Lua and Factorio
