Ever since Alpha version, the main structure of the IDE is mature enough to the point that ad-hoc constructions and changes should be blocked. Any changes should be applied by PR and any PR should be linked to a story (which is GH Issue here.)

This will benefit

manage contribution intentions of myself any other contributors
defining scope of PRs
tracking of design decisions and code changes

document and config changes are not included before the first beta.
