[#33] [#42] Fix serial plot #69

@urfdvw changed history limit to display only, 9150425 this could solve the clear history bug and also the plot corrupt bug

this resolved https://github.com/urfdvw/circuitpython-online-ide-2/issues/42 and https://github.com/urfdvw/circuitpython-online-ide-2/issues/33 together.
