Motivation: Design Stories like https://main--hlx-test--urfuwo.hlx.page/design/stories-resources/ai-is-changing-the-future-of-erp-ux should not show up in dynamically generated list on /news and /blog pages.

Details: Introduce a content-type for these stories

For all stories under /design/stories-resources is now using the content-type "design-story"
