What if a tag has both news path and topic path? For news do we show topic path and only show news path if theres no topic path?

What if a tag has both news path and topic path? For news do we show topic path and only show news path if theres no topic path?

Yes. We have two cases for tags with both L2 page paths:

• /blog/... & /resources/.... > always link to /topics/
• /news/... > link to /news/ if available, fallback /topics/
