Plugin suddenly stopped working. #2

Django 1.6 Django cms 3.0.3

Suddenly slideshow plugin stopped working and i cannot add new slides anymore. Now that's how slideshow settings looks like: http://i.imgur.com/7tt75Zy.png

I use custom template, but it isn't problem in the templates, right?

Please help.
