Captions are not dispayed #7

Captions of slides are not displayed in the slide show. There is no {{ instance.caption }} in slide.html.

Hi,

If you get me a pull request, I'll merge it in for you. But in general: users of this repo are supposed to overwrite the templates anyway (putting them in the django projects directory rather than in the app).
