feat: add macOS support #1

What this PR does? Adds macOS support to get system icon.

Below is the screenshot of the hello.rs example.

I will check this request next week and merge it if I don't see any problems. I don't have access to a Mac, so I cannot test it

I have submitted the PR, merged it and published a new version of systemicons, crate version 0.7.0
