Fix README #4

The readme doesn't mention that ruby and compass must also be installed in order for grunt to work. It also doesn't mention that grunt must be installed globaly using npm before running it.

@dotanlaks sorry for this, i wrote the readme. probably had grunt before so i didn't notice. please note you can simply clone the project using the 'fork' button at the top-right corner, and then edit the README.md file using the github's web interface.
