Sanity check that RockCorpus parser still works #25

The parser was significantly linted and a sandbox bug was fixed (should be an object, not a string); @jonforsyth can you make sure this still runs, reconvert the data, and update the files in the datasets/RockCorpus?

I fixed a couple of minor problems with sandbox and annotator. I also added some minimal error checking to the function that parses the melody file (to detect a problem with one of the melody transcriptions). Everything runs now, and all re-converted files load correctly. The re-converted files have been added to the repo.
