header data in output doesn't reflect image size changes performed by QRaFT #1

I think QRaFT is binning the 1024x1024 COR1 images to 512x512, but the header array has NAXIS, CRPIX, etc values that don't reflect these changes.

That's right; the easiest solution right now is to rescale the coordinates of the constraints by a factor of 2.
