Support ROS2 in a stand-alone repository #48

Previously, we separated the ROS version and ROS-free version, but I modify this repository to unify all the codes in a single repository.

In addition, file systems have also changed (fe6f631) for better placement.

Finally, also update README.md (4d7612b) by benchmarking KISS-ICP
