Update BeagleBone instructions #86

@urlgrey The BeagleBone instructions are quite out of date, as they recommend installing Ubuntu 12.04. Probably we should switch it to Debian Jessie or just drop support for the BeagleBone. I don't have a BeagleBone to test on, do you?

I suspect https://github.com/urlgrey/hsmm-pi/issues/32 and https://github.com/urlgrey/hsmm-pi/issues/80 are both BeagleBone installation issues arising from a bug in Ubuntu 14.04's version of pear.
