[Bug] Extension should be called change #15

Hi Urs

The option "extend" is confusing and it should be better called "change", as it not only extends the end-time but also shortens it if it is so defined. E.g. if you originally defined e.g 10 days disable and then you come to extend it by one single day i.e. "-e 1" it is going to change the end-time from 10 days to 1 day.

Thanks for the bug report will ensure that extend will acually extend in the future not shorten. But only after I'm back from vaction. :)
