Peve has two miRNAs assigned the same given name #56

P. evermanni has two miRNAs that have been assigned the name "peve-mir-novel-4", rows 21 and 22 of the csv. I only noticed it in that file, under the given_miRNA_name column, but the naming issue may be manifest in other places if people have been using the file. @JillAshey I believe you originally assigned miRNA names, would you be able to update them for Peve?
