Rename DOGSTATS option to DOGSTATSD
Pass the correct go env var to the build (otherwise it'll fail in poudriere testport)
Pass GO_ENV instead of MAKE_ENV BUILD_ENV as we're building go code
Remove useless comment, the code is clear enough
Fix pkg-plist, don't know why these conf files are installed now (the systemd one can probably be removed)
Remove files/GIDs,UIDs, they are already in the ports tree
