Update build scripts, add Podspec and Travis-CI support #4

You may need to change some of the URLs for the Travis-CI / Cocoapods support from my fork to yours. Let me know if you have any questions about setting up Travis-CI or the Cocoapods integration. Addresses issues #1, #2, and #3.

Removed CPAProxyDependencies from source control
Added Travis-CI support
Added Cocoapods support
Updated build scripts to OpenSSL 1.0.1i, libevent 2.0.21-stable, and Tor 0.2.5.8-rc

I'm still fixing the remaining Travis-CI integration issues in my master branch: https://github.com/chrisballinger/CPAProxy

I'll push the final commits to my podspec branch when I finish fixing Travis.
