Loader is not in the middle #214

Describe your issue

When user first visits the app the loader is in the top-left position which lead the bad impression on the app. So, I like to fix this issue.

Steps to reproduce

I will do changes in the css to make it center

What was the expected result?

The loader should be in the middle in all devices
