Comments on the Schematic #4

I didn't receive any comments on the schematic.Do I need to use an external voltage regulator is I am making a shield on the Arduino. Don't Arduino boards have internal voltage regulators?

You don't need it, but it is a good thing to include in a device, so adding is good practice. The internal regulator of the Arduino is not stellar, but it would work in this application. If you do use an external one, it can be good to add some caps before the regulator in addition to after it.
