It looks like some of your components on the PCB or not perpendicular to each other (?); would be good to have the all aligned on a grid.

Right now you have it setup to connect the 9 V battery directly to the board; would recommend using header pins for that to make it easier to connect the battery and store it in your enclosure.

I'm probably just missing this, but where is the button? If you have pins for that, a label indicating what they will attach to will help!
