  • cohFiltEnable (enables coherent filtration)
  • cohCompEnable (enables coherent compounding)
• new parameters exposed in Us4->runLoop for output data buffer:

• new properties/methods exposed in Us4R for the support of multiple sequences:
  • properties:
  • subSeq (a copy of the seq part to be executed)
  • public methods:
  • uploadSequence (allows uploading a set of sequences, old "upload" still accepts only a single sequence)
  • selectSequence (selects one subSequence)
  • setReconstruction (sets reconstruction parameters for the selected sequence)
  • stopScheme
  • private methods:
  • mergeSequences (merges sequences into a single sequence)
  • selSubSeq (selects one subSequence)
  • runCudaReconstructionLin (passes classical reconstruction to a new dedicated kernel iqRaw2Lin)

• "pause(0.01);" in display functions replaced with "drawnow limitrate;" (performance upgrade)
• data reorganization separated from execSequence (separate method rawDataReorganization calling rawReorg mex)

LGTM, I think what remains to be done are: make sure all the legacy examples are still working properly (try a different probe e.g. Esaote SL1543), update documentation for US4R.selectSequence, update release notes.
