Start with min, mean, and max GDD thresholds. Create rasters with two layers—slope coef and FDR adjusted p-values. Get these running on on the HPC before thinking more about GAMs. Might need to split into tiles if memory becomes an issue.

Forgot to ask if we want to do this on the full resolution (4km) data or if it makes sense to aggregate spatially a little (8km or 16km maybe)

Oh, nevermind! I've already done this! Instead I'll focus on exporting the data in a csv format with figures. Maybe do like 9 thresholds to make a 3x3 faceted plot
