Just last weekend, I released a new CSS framework I labeled “Cascade Framework”.

Cascade Framework combines feature richness with modularity, flexibility and a tiny footprint while maintaining support for old browsers.

It's nice, please make a pull request to change the html page and README. I'll merge it with upstream.

I added a pull request for both the "gh-pages" and the "master".

Besides adding my framework, I also updated the "master" version to the new layout.
