Have a title/beginning tip #103

When tour starts programatically, the experience is abrupt.

It will be nice to have a first tip saying

Tour is beginning or custom text.

Optional setting.

It depends on you to configure the IntroJs to say that or not. Is this a problem of programatically mode only?

yeah, programatic mode only.

It would be good to have this option, coupled with issue#102 could make a compelling experience.

Should close this issue, seeing as it is slightly ambiguous, and it appears to be resolved.
