After 1.3.2 , some option should be removed or move to correct tab.

1. "Exclude test-classes for maven" option is removed.

  In 1.3.1 it's default setting for disabled the test-classes, 
  and in 1.3.2 it's still disabled .

  If you need to enable it , select the test-class in web classpath tab instead.

2."Excluded classpath(Regex) is also removed" , 
  it's hard to use , the treeview is more friendly to users.

3.Scanner related option 
  i."Enable scanner" , "scanner interval" the two option move to "Source monitor list" tab.

  ii."Scan WEB-INF folder" is removed, use "add Folder" in the tab instead.

  iii.Add new option for "Don't restart when ".class" files change when in debug mode." , default is enabled.
