in some case (web nature project) .

The m2e will solved dependency in webapp lib container,
and the project resolver issue is showing up again.

Am thinking should we resolved all the project (expect current one) 
to use the resource folder only when project is in Maven Nature?

Keep this issue opening and thinking .
