Add "run subtype" column to Performance file

To facilitate our meta-analysis, we need to be able to distinguish between the following types of runs:

• NextSeq Mid
• NextSeq High
• NovaSeq Standard
• NovaSeq Xp

This information can be gleaned from the RunParameters.xml file (rather than the RunInfo.xml file).
