Compile current state for all HISPs and surveyed agencies' Privacy Act Requests #17

I started compiling a list of privacy act request informational pages for all HISPs last week to help me understand how this process works now, including how Privacy Act requests are talked about to the public, what information agencies are asking for, and how they accept requests currently.
