Autocomplete #288 changes not seen #291

When trying to test #288 from https://test_at_home-autocomplete_testing-0.app.cloud.gov/ seeing inconsistent behavior. But I'm not able to see the new text assisting user to hit enter to expand (or is that just for screenreader assistive text?)

This could just be something flaky with the deployed env. Will try again later. MacOS Big Sur, Chrome

PEBKAC. it's just in the screen reader voice over text.
