Wrap-up tasks #302

A placeholder umbrella story for us to start to brainstorm and document what tasks should be done, so that we can break them into smaller issues for assignment when the time comes.

for cloud.gov planning - are y'all going to export your databases somewhere in case they're needed, or are you relying on AWS backups or ...?

@bengerman13 my assumption is that if we never go live we will have no data in our databases that we want to keep, so would just delete the data outright. @porta-antiporta does that sound right to you? obviously this changes if we still have to go live.

We were live briefly on Monday, so I think we have data we need to treat as real? Also not sure if we need to keep the databases for compliance (record-keeping or security)

We can delete the data because we don't need it. In our PIA, it says, "Retention is temporary. GSA will destroy 1 year after resolved, or when no longer needed for business use, whichever is appropriate."
